Default tell me where to stick it... (T-Design memory module that is)

So I popped my center console buttons out in order to install the https://t-design9.com/memory_module_porsche.html
on my Spyder...

BUT...

there is nowhere to "stick" it and I don't want it rattling around over the shifter linkage!

you can't stick in "behind" the module, in front of the ashtray because the ashtray lid opens in that space...
you can't stick it on the "bulkhead" in front of the console, and behind the shifter itself - there is not enough room and a bunch of wires are there already...
you can't stick it on the bottom of the button unit itself, as there is not enough space to accommodate the module ...

SO....

Where should I stick it?

any constructive or humorously insulting comments greatfully accepted!

that's my point, there is no obvious space upon which to attach it ... and letting it rattle around is not an option...

lol i was trying to be captain obvious with some humor. There is a video either on Tdesign’s website or youtube if I remember correctly showing the install and where to stick it. Just use proper words in the youtube search
or reach out to them and ask. Maybe coupe/convertible and manual/pdk has different real estate under the console

yeah, I already watch their video and also reached out to them, their option was to trim off plastic from the bottom of the OEM unit to make space to attach their module there...

if that's the case, id buy an extra OEM part and trim off that one.. keep the original piece bagged and stored away for when selling the car one day and reverting to stock (if you wish)

^^^^ yeah that's an option, albeit an expensive one ... shame they could not have designed a better solution ... just my $0.02

I stuck it on the rear closer to the glovebox. Plenty of space.

you cant stick it back there as the cover of the ashtray (smokers pkg) retracts into that space between the button console and the console storage

I do................It was not stuck on vertically where the lid would sink in. The button console does not have much depth. I stuck it to the side toward the rear away from the linkages.

I stuck it to the front right hand side of the cavity, vertically, with the adhesive against a metal bracket. No clearance issues.
