GT4 in Racing-Yellow ordered 12/29/2020 by Terry aka tigerhonaker
Hi Terry,
Seeing your amazing 2008 highly modified Bullitt Mustang was a great trip down memory lane.
That day at the drag strip was a terrific one and I enjoyed seeing you post your best time.
I know you must be getting a bit excited to see the work on your new GT4 finally taking place.
It won't be all that long now buddy and you will finally be able to drive your car.
Your patience is beginning to pay off.
Cheers,
Tom

Well as you said above ^^^ "Your patience is beginning to pay off"
I totally agree my friend from San Antonio, Texas and for what it's worth I'm glad I have made/taught myself to calm down as I aged.

Since there is really no doubt this GT4 will be this old-fellow's last true Sports-Car it's worth the wait to me.
I want my GT4 to be exactly what I want and it totally completed/finished when I take delivery at Porsche -of Nashville soon.
Can't comment on the brakes on UncleDude's GTS but his wheels certainly to my eyes are looking Great after him putting miles on it.
Terry
The GTS brakes appear similar to the 981 Spyder's, which ran a different compound pad than the GT4. The 981 Spyders didn't dust that bad, but the GT4 did like crazy. If you did Hawk Ceramics, you will get light dust like his GTS.

Greetings,
Received a few pictures from Chris Marlin (Marlins Auto Detailing) that the GT4 Gloss Black "Rear-Wing-Graphics" arrived.
The GT4 side graphics have also been shipped so they should come in soon.

.
Tru Shine has now completed the Ultimate Track Package PPF.

I note your insurance card expires in one month. I was not aware policies could be that short in duration before renewal. Pretty much thought regardless of how often the billing cycle was broken down into the shortest policy was 6 months. Your wife is in the business, so I'm sure she knows all the options. Me, I like to renew insurance as infrequently as possible, as I'm always concerned that I'll forget to put the latest card in one of my cars and not have it when needed.

I'm not sure how you sleep at nights, with your car SO close to being ready for so long.
Your patience is atypical here.

The GT4 finally did eventually arrive at Porsche of Nashville with No-Damage at all.
It then was Transported to Tru Shine for (PPF) then next door to Marlins Detailing for the Graphics & Gtechniq products.
The graphics for the sides of the GT4 we all hope will arrive this week at Marlins.
Also, Cathy & I went to BOA (Bank of America) early Monday morning and did the loan for it.
Which was instantly approved within seconds.
Note*
We need to have something that is revolving credit so we chose the GT4 for that.
Your patience is atypical here
Speaking of the GT4 and insurance.
Simple the 1st ins. card was just to get the GT4 and the VW Golf R renewing at the same-time.
(Per my request)
When I place the New/Latest Insurance-Card in the driver's glove box I automatically remove the previous card.
I'm **** buddy

Cathy and I plus Porsche of Nashville are all looking forward to us taking delivery soon.
(Porsche of Nashville is actually more anxious than we are as they want their money)

While I find all this posting of pics of boxes a bit odd, I find Terry’s enthusiasm inspiring and I am truly hoping that he and his wife love this car. Not just for him but for everyone who has clicked on this thread over the last few months. Terry, I still think you should have gotten the PCCBs, but I truly hope you love this car. I sure love mine.
that’s not surprising to me. Why would he need a loan until the day he’s signing papers in finance. I usually threaten to pay cash until the rate gets as low as possible.
