Got my 21 GT4 PDK Sofa Pccb car earlier this month. Had dealer swap race max tires for snows before delivery. Took a couple weeks to get it ppf and ceramic coated, but it’s ready now and I’ve put a few miles on it. I’ve owned just about every GT car and many others, also have a lot of race experience in both porsches and other makes.
So far, I think this is going to make a great daily driver for me (coming from a 13 turboS that I dailyied for 3-1/2 years). I’m being nice to it for break in as I’ve seen that it makes a difference in amount of oil used down the road in past cars. Looking forward to being able to wail on it some soon. Akropovic oap and muffler will be installed at 1k miles.

Picked up a white Spyder PDK yesterday on a whim and will post pictures later today. Really wanted a manual but the gearing on the PDK, especially 1-4 is virtually perfect so I'll be able to redline it without getting thrown in jail. Damn these cars handle well. Simply unbelievable how well they corner.

So sorry, didn't they tell you that without pictures it simply didn't happen!

Yep, I know the rules. They're coming. Was going to take it out for photos but the roof latch won't engage. Motor doing nothing and the screen says finish opening or closing roof cover. Hopefully user error.

Same was happening to me, user error. You have to ensure the top is pulled close enough to the window frame for the top latch to activate. I got in, pulled tight, and it closed no issue.

That's exactly what it was. Thanks.

Here's mine, was kind of a dreary day but white photographs well. I can see why they used this color for the marketing video on the Porsche website. I'm an old school long time manual transmission Porsche dude but the PDK in this car is truly exceptional. It's lightning fast and very smooth and a big improvement over the PDK I had in my 981. And those gear ratios... they are sooo absolutely perfect.

The only gears you are redlining on either transmission without getting pulled over are 1 and maybe 2.

Gear MT PDK
1 48.5 44.1
2 82.2 75.1
3 113.9 104.1
4 141.5 132.2
5 168.7 159.3
6 196.9 195.5 (Top Speed - Drag Limited ~ 188 mph)
7 N/A 279.1 (Overdrive in PDK - Top speed would be in sixth for both MT and PDK)

@clutchplate Very nice, the white paint contrasts with the black accents to really define the style of the Spyder, looks awesome!

PS, you need a better key fob though...

Beautiful car and I love seeing all the new photos in this thread. Keeps my pre-lock panic to a minimum since I picked white as well

That's the one they give you when you won't pay ADM. A free Bic pen too.
