between a lithium battery and a lighter exhaust (Ti Akrapovic for instance), it’s possible to save ~75-80 lbs. pretty significant!

Are you planning on racing the car or something?
While this car could be a great track car, I suspect, especially with the take up on the WP, that this car will be a garage trophy for most, even for those that track their other cars hard.

Curious how changing to a different battery to the OEM could/might affect warranty? would it/could it if something happens to the electronic system, could Porsche use the non oem battery as a reason?

As always, changing any part on your car to something other than the OEM parts can give rise to questions regarding warranty, all depends on your willingness to go down this road.

track car!
Super easy to corner balance the car and adjust ride height to get the weight distribution you want.

That would a a very long shot....as long as it's a 12V battery and of good quality there shouldn't be any problems.

Next...if you ordered steel brakes the AP RadiCal kit cuts another +/- 24 lbs...add set of Litespeed Mag wheels in 19x9/19x11 with Pirelli DHs and you have cut some fat from the 4RS
My 19" Forgelines (Alloy) with DHs saved me 28 lbs on the 728 GT4.....

Do you have any idea of much a set of the R5 magnesium in 19" will cost?
With Braille and a cat back made of Ti or Inconel I'm pretty sure you can cut 70 lbs of the car. The rear muffler (same as the GT4) and the OAP are heavy. You could also try a header but changing all three sections usually results in drone.
