Makes the colors side and back window decals for $1000 appear to be a bargain in comparison.

You guys feel the front axle lift is worth getting? GT3 I needed it but GT4 was ok for some reason. What are your thoughts?

Good to know it isn't getting the most amazing cars they can into the hands of fellow enthusiasts which drives them; it's the R&D chief's birthday. lol

I had gen 1 GT4 and it was horribly low for me....I scraped going in and out of gas stations and or driving downtown if there were tracks and or slight curbs going into malls or driveways. I installed a new CF Vorsteiner kit including the front skirt and busted in a day...LOL. so YES and a big Yes for the lift.

"And the car was absolutely amazing. It was super loud so we already had the idea to get the air from the rear windows. And it was almost undriveably loud. But it was so much fun and it had a manual gearbox and we did a little bit of livery for his birthday. "

Interesting the prototype had a manual - soooo you are saying there is a chance, Porsche? I'm interested to hear reviews on the noise level, he did say he expects journalists to say he is mad due to the noise level in another interview. I mean, the 718 GT4 isn't exactly quiet even at only 8K RPM without the window intakes.

I'm getting lift if I score a GT4RS. My 718 GT4 scrapes slightly coming out of my driveway which isn't even sloped. The front splitter looks to be longer on the RS as well from a comparison with my GT4:

No.....I rarely scrape my front lip and it's replaceable. Have more problems with rear diffuser on the 718 GT4. Also more stuff to break down and extra weight.

I'm actually intersted to hear the intake noise. May sound better than the GT3 with the mid engine setup?

I haven't heard if the initial press tour scheduled for February in Portugal is still happening because of covid. I can reach out my contact and see if there's an update.

I'd bet money on it - not an RS, but some sort of Cayman with the same motor and a manual.
