You can't keep making changes up to the build date, how are they supposed to get the options together for your car and have them available for assembly?
V250 is 'lock', not 'are you sure'!

Glad to help anyone on here with internal / order stuff. Won't be leaking any info of the Company, but can cut through the weeds for most anything. Have a great week!

makes perfect sense the way you explained it, was just hopeful someone can go grab the bose upgrade for me.... I never even considered it before....Now I will have to get an exhaust upgrade to hear joy.

Daily driving a 718 Spyder here (on clear days, at least). I can drive my normal route and park in my normal spot, but I do have to take care and angle-approach steeper driveways. I avoid all speed bumps.
The following comes from "Technical data" from the configurator website:
Terrain features
Slope angle, front/rear (steel suspension)
7.3 - 10.8 °
Ramp break over angle (steel suspension)
10.7 °
Max. ground clearance (steel suspension)
83 mm.
The following is the data for the 718 GT4:
Slope angle, front/rear (steel suspension)
6.4 - 10.7 °
Ramp break over angle (steel suspension)
10.6 °
Max. ground clearance (steel suspension)
82 mm.
The GT4 is worse due to the deeper front splitter.
If you are still concerned, the suspension on these cars is adjustable. Off the top of my head, the ride height can be increased over 15mm from stock.
These ARE low-slung cars (compared to 911s and Boxsters I see at work) but manageable.

Just heard from the SA about the Alcantara delete option. It is CXX at >$8800, just for the seats!
Seems it would be straightforward to drop in a couple of 992 sport seats in.
Well The decision just got much easier.
Will stick with just the s wheel and shifter.

The Cayman/Boxster is the only thing left on that style of seat now

Which seats were you opting for?

or get the buckets and replace the Alcantara centers with a different material. I already bought the 911R inserts to do just that.

My SA reccomended against it, so I'm getting a second set of rims (well I was doing that anyway). The new reviews say it's now a much noisier car now with the stickier tires. YMMV

Nothing out of the ordinary. Just the Alcantara replaced with smooth leather on the standard seats and doors. Looks like they really don’t want you to change the look.
Was anyone able to determine the aural difference between vehicles with and without the particulate filter? I do realize that they are in two different markets so a side by side may not be easy or possible. It may be possible to record the 2 cars with the same equipment under certain controlled and reproducible conditions, on different continents.
