The L.A. Auto Show is in full swing right now, and it features a slew of stunning vehicles from almost every automotive manufacturer, particularly Porsche.

In the event you are unable to make it during the public days from November 18 through 26, we were on site to grab some great shots, including plenty of one of Porsche’s most anticipated reveals, the Porsche 911 RSR GT3.

The 911 RSR has been engineered to meet the LM-GTE class, where it will go up against other mid-engine cars like the Ford GT and Ferrari 488 GTE. Sporting a mid-engine design, the RSR will have the ability to integrate massive aerodynamics into the body, like the huge rear diffuser.

The engine in the RSR is a direct-injected boxer motor. Depending on the size of the restrictor, it will generate as much as 510 horsepower while sending all of its power to the rear wheels. The engine is paired to a six-speed sequential gearbox, which drivers can employ through paddles on the steering wheel. The new engine doesn’t have a lot of weight to push around either, as the 911 RSR, as required by regulations, weighs just 2,740 pounds.

Other specs on the RSR are limited, but its popularity abounds. Even Dr. McDreamy (Grey’s Anatomy actor and Porsche enthusiast, Patrick Dempsy) was on hand for the unveiling.

Porsche plans to run the 911 RSR in 19 races during the 2017 season, the first of which will take place at the IMSA opener on January 28th at Daytona, where the race car will make its official track day debut.

On top of the RSR, Porsche continues to take seriously its role in producing performance-oriented hybrid luxury vehicles with the unveiling of the Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid Executive.

The Panamera 4 E Hybrid Executive is making its world premiere at the L.A. Auto Show, alongside the Panamera Turbo Executive. The latter will feature more horsepower, more performance, more amenities — and of course a higher MSRP — than any previous Panamera sedan.

The new four-door premium passenger Panameras will feature extended wheelbases and offer six-inches more legroom, along with more luxurious rear seat compartments. Seats are eight-way adjustable. Ten-inch entertainment screens, one for each seat, slide out and turn into tablets when the ride is over.

The Porsche Panamera engine options increase too for 2017. Now also available with a V6 turbo, the Panamera line offers power plants that pump out 330 horsepower (the Panamera 4 Executive), 440 horsepower (the 4S Executive), 462 horsepower (the 4 E-Hybrid Executive) and 550 horsepower (the Turbo Executive).

In addition to these two world premieres, the rest of the Porsche model line was on hand to impressively fill up the display space. Check out all the goods, then let us know what you think!
