Yikes you're right about that. I scrape my .2 rs lips all over the place and this looks much worse. Car looks good though,

Looks EPIC! Love the left car rear view - that angle makes it look well proportioned and very Cup like. Middle car is very low indeed. I do hope there will be one or two more exterior surprises at the launch though - well done Porsche!

... wonder if hood indentation reflects variant on air vent seen on this MISHA hood design Porsche 911 below. Be great to have a higher definition, close-up view!

I think it's simply an aero channel that is carried over to the roof. Look at the model and the patent photos. The car is exactly the same as those.

I agree ... would be late in the RS development for front lid design change, appearing previously to been intended as aero channel only. Hope in northern Sweden that svenskarna kan komma fram med fler bilder ...

I asked this in another thread but didn't get a reply so I thought I would ask here too. Based on the reviews on Car and Driver of the GT3 and Turbo S, it seems the Turbo S is only slight quicker in acceleration than the GT3? Is this correct or am I reading this wrong? If this is correct, does this mean the GT3 RS should be able to match the acceleration of the Turbo S?

I don't like the way it looks. But then again, I don't really like the 991 gt3 either. I was hoping with a bigger wing the back would look more resolved but instead the whole thing just looks a little weird. I am sure it is a fantastic drive. Just saying it's not handsome to my eye.

Maybe some graphics or a diff color and accents will spice things up.

Have you seen a black 458 speciale?

The GT3 looks better, more proportional to my eye, too. The RS rear is so wide that the haunches have practically been turned into horizontal planes.

I guess you could say the regular GT3 is better for people who care more about looks and things like stitching, whereas the RS is for people who care more about having the greatest drivers car with the least options possible

Me - I just want the rawest 911 on offer with the best performance. I want zero options, but unfortunately I need a lift in London.

I was only discussing looks, of course. No doubt that the RS will be an animal in terms of performance.
