Confirmed, you're not loaded on the Courage. I understand the disappointment of seeing ships depart Emden while your car sits parked at Emden. Hopefully you're in the next batch of departures.
The next ships coming through Emden to the West Coast:
NYK Dione Leader departs Emden 5/14; San Diego 6/3
RCC Compass arrives Emden 5/15; San Diego 6/22 and Benicia 6/27
NYK Cronus Leader arrives Emden 6/1; San Diego 6/24
So if you're car is being offloaded in San Diego you have a few options. If your car is going through Benicia you're likely on the RCC Compass. Either way TYD won't update to Step 8 until after your car is loaded and the ship departs. Usually the e-mails go out within a few hours of the ship departure from Emden. It may take a day or so for TYD to update after your car departs Emden.
Thank you (and I appreciate the encouragement and kind words). I’m heading to Benicia, so fingers crossed for the RCC Compass.
I just got word that my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera T is ready for pickup tomorrow morning. More Ruby Star Neo photos coming tomorrow.
Well, it happened. I got confirmation late Friday that I should shot up at 10am to pick up my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera T from my dealer even with the Bay Area storm in full swing. Everything went off well. Signed paperwork, Installed the rubber floor mats (it was storming of course)... Brought her home slowly... What an amazing vehicle. About 2 minutes outside of the dealership, I got the notice about WET mode. Guess that feature really works.
Installed a bunch of accessories I've been stockpiling throughout Saturday and Sunday. Took her for a drive and now ishe's got just over 120 miles on it. Heading to my PPF guy so another 2 weeks before I see her again...
Wet photo was Saturday on day of pickup in the storm.
Sunny photo was Sunday in the later afternoon.
Congratulations @zanary ! She is Looking good!
I'm glad you got a chance to drive her a bit before PPF. That's going to be a long 2 weeks! Hopefully you can stop in to check on progress.
Thank you for the updates. One, question did you get any notices from TYD? Shipment to the dealer specifically. I and others are still impatiently waiting for some good news on movement out of Benicia.

My dealer called me to notify me that my car was leaving the port and heading to their location. Shortly thereafter I got the Step 10, and about 2 hours later I got a Step 11 becuase the dealer added my car to their inventory system and submitted the order for service to begin the PDI process Dealer them contacted me to tell me to pick pick it up in 2 days.
Any one else in the PNW on the Wild Rose Leader? It left April 30th heading to Benicia.
Yep! Our car is on the Wild Rose headed to the PNW.
Unfortunately won’t be in town when it delivers. Wonder if it makes sense to send to get PPF. Probably be back east for about 2 weeks. Has anyone in the Seattle area got this planned?
Glovis Courage has left Brunswick, GA. Marine Traffic shows Kingston Jamaica as the next point on the route forecast. That doesn't appear to be a real stop though. The new Week 19 shipping schedule is out and the next port for the Glovis Courage remains San Diego on 5/21 and then Benicia on 5/26
@Rennvision There are a couple of other posters as your shipmates on Wild Rose too - see postings #869 and #870. Good luck!

I'm on the Poseidon Leader too. I got a push notification around 5 AM that it arrived, but neither the TYD webapp or phone app has updatded to show arrival at San Diego. TYD still shows it 900 miles from the port of San Diego!
