It's very clean and has been well maintained with all service records. I have performed most of the maintenance and mods myself since 2008 and have kept the work history. The mods have been done to make small improvements on a great car.
It has the very desirable regear which makes it even more fun to drive.
I took the car on a 3500 mile trip last year to California. It has only done two AXs and one drivers ed event. There have been no accidents or damage repairs.
When I bought the car it passed a pre-purchase inspection including a cylinder leak down test and it came with all maintenance records with the exception of the 60k. The plugs appeared to be new. I'm unclear of whether the wires or distributor drive belt were changed but they are in good condition.
There has been no accidents or body repairs.
Here is a list of the upgrades and maintenance:
New clutch and slave cylinder
New plugs and ISV valve
New Stereo (Alpine 9886, JL Audio subs, Rod Birch Car Audio Innovations sub enclosures, PPI amp , A/D/S 6.5 door speakers)
New Bilstein PSS10 suspension corner balanced and aligned
New urethane control arm bushings
New H&R sway bars
Upgraded HID headlights
Short Shift Kit and shift rod upgrade
Fister Upgraded Mufflers w/wide oval tips
Short ratio gearbox with upgrades
Light weight flywheel and new RS clutch
Steve Wong 911 chip with LWF mod
18" hollow spoke wheels
Newer Sumitomo tires
Steering rack brace
Front strut brace
RS motor mounts
Aftermarket Keyless remote entry
Aluminum shift **** and gauge rings
New rear stone guard film
If your serious then please contact me for more info and detailed pictures. The interior is chestnut (red) I'll take some more this weekend. I am willing to get a local PPI done and may do so in the next week or so. The car has some local interest but we will see. $42900 USD OBO Will assist with shipping/export.

Thanks. Motorsport mainshaft, 2.4 first, 5th is 6th. I'll have to dig the original receipt up to remember the rest I bought the box already done. There is virtually no gear rattle with the LWF too.

I am the lucky new owner of this car. A 911 has always been a dream of mine since childhood. I've been looking at the 997, but couldn't pass up this opportunity to own the last air cooled 911. I feel very fortunate to have found this car and it was local too! Matt is a true Porsche fanatic, he has done a fantastic job at setting up the car, all the mods done to the car are perfect and made it better than new. I can't wipe the grin off my face every time I drive it. I been lurking on this forum for a while to educate myself, now that I have joined, I'm looking to learn more about my new ride and contribute to the community.
