I thought these had a brown (cocoa) interior and top, has the interior in this been replaced.

The top and interior are original - they are a dark brown Cocoa it's like a coffee bean brown/black. I've never replaced the top or interior pieces.

The standard was Cocoa with a brown top but alternatively a buyer could have ordered the gray like this car has. I have no idea the % that are brown vs. gray but certainly most are brown.

Yes - ours is the more rare Dark Grey - I've always thought of it as a charcoal because it is a dark grey. I always think of it as almost black
