NYRob, sorry for the delay - I've been traveling and just touched back down. The car is in my garage on Long Island.
The paint is all original besides the bumper covers which were resprayed early in its life due to cosmetic reasons (rock chips, etc.) is the what original owner told me. Understandable because it was used as a semi daily-driver to the hospital and back in the 90’s and early 2000’s. The steel panels are all original is what he had mentioned.
I did buy a paint meter this past weekend to confirm and will send those detailed photos to anyone interested. In addition, I have a copy of the CarFax report handy which I will attach as well.
