No drama here. I’m the 2nd owner of this beautiful Porsche 911 (991.1) AWD C4S. ONLY reason for sale is I am deploying to Japan for the next 5 years (departing later this Fall or early Winter) and I cannot take the car with me nor do I want to store it while I am overseas. Car has had NO problems of any kind in the 2 years I’ve owned it. Full maintenance records go with the car. I’m OCD about this car and I know every aspect of it inside and out. 2) Once we tentatively agree on the price, i'd like to have an agreement providing you with certain good faith amount in return for your commitment to sell upon completion of 3).
3) I'd like to complete pre-purchase inspection prior to my final decision. Would you be willing to take the car in for inspection to the designated shop in LA? I'll take care of the expense.
4) Based on the inspection, we may re-negotiage the price if appropreate and agree on pick up arrangements.
