I’m pretty much at the same point with mine. The only thing I can add is that it improved after rotating tires on my Expedition, so replacing them may be my next move.

sorry man, really frustrating stuff. One thing I'm considering is taking the tilt deck off with a 2 post lift and trying to tow it without a deck to see how that impacts it. it seems the tilt models may be worse for this.

I'm getting pretty frustrated with my situation as well. I have a similar vibration around 68-72 mph that comes and goes. It's happened with the last three trucks I've owned (GMC 2500's 05,13 &18) and three 18' Aluminum trailers, 2 Mission and 1 ATC. All three trailers have been 18' aluminum deck, open trailers with 7000k lb GVWR. I've tried all combinations of balancing truck and trailer wheels to no avail. The only common thread is it's always been the same 911 on the trailer. I borrowed a friends Trailer enclosed trailer and drove 625 miles to WGI last month with no vibrations. I'm starting to think its time to buy an enclosed trailer

Have you tried having someone driving beside the trailer while you drive down the road to figure out what is vibrating? You should be able to figure out if it is a tire, the shield or something else. I would also check axle alignment with a tape measure.

I'd go with aero. I have a 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali and an open Trailex with shield and 4 extra spare tire holders for track wheels. If I run without tires on the spare holders, it vibrates just like you describe. If I put the tires on, smooth as can be. I have not experiences this with the same trailer on a 2005 Yukon, 2011 GMC pickup, 2005 Nissan Titan, and 2016 Pathfinder. It's very odd, but certainly aero. I would try adding something to change the airflow near the fenders.

Maybe. The shield is mostly in the wake of the tow vehicle, so I think it's more along the side of the trailer. I would do something to change how the air goes around the tow vehicle and back to the trailer.
