i just gave up since it has the price of a matching numbers car but then I discovered that the gearbox had been replaced.
Took the spyder down to Apex Motor Club south of PHX this AM. My son just joined and his new track car isn't here yet so we thought we'd just do a few laps. Nothing crazy but it did pretty well. Will need to bleed the brakes though and put in better fluid! We were the only car on the track other than one of the instructors so no scary moments.
My son has (or has had several interesting cars, including his R8 V10+ ) but absolutely loves driving the Spyder!! Guess he has good taste.
Yes. Here's a few more where the color difference is particularly noticeable with GT being the darker.
Thanks for sharing. I've always been a big fan of GT Silver, but seeing them side by side I have to say the Spyder wears Rhodium very well. I might be biased (as mine is rhodium), but I think the lighter shade looks great. Can't beat either color IMO.
