? It still has A/C, and is equipped with PCM. It has PCCB, but so do a few other guys here. I can't believe it only has 535 miles. What do people do with these cars after they buy them?

No, Bruce, I don't think this is the 'lightest' Spyder in the US! We have seen some Spyders ordered with buckets but without air-conditioning, or a radio or speakers and with the standard Steel brakes! If owners of these low-optioned Spyders simply replace the standard battery with a 5 pound weight Lithium unit, they will easily take the 'lightest' honors even though they may not have come with the lighter PCCB's from factory!

The xenon light option on the car above also adds weight.

I tried to order mine with the LiON battery and no AC, but the battery was not yet available, and the dealership added AC back to the order after providing me with my proforma (don't get me started). So instead of being one of the lightest, it is about the same as the others.

Sand the paint off and it will be the lightest...
Old trick from Mercedes in the 30's and the origin of the classic German silver race color!

X 2

If I lived in Cali I'd probably have 20k on the car already and I've owned it 5 months.
As it is I drive a lot with the top down and air conditioning or heater on depending on the weather around here.

Lotus didn't use washers in their race cars on the 60's to save weight.

The heaviest maybe lol what a daft comment with all the extras.

I have quite a light one though :-).
No aircon
No radio
No PCM
No xenons
No cup holders
No sports crono (but just the software mod added)
No PDK
PCCB
Carbon buckets

Plan to fit ti exhaust and dry cell battery.

Ac is more about power loss but you do save weight as well.

Just looks like any other white Spyder, I'll post one tomorrow next to a very very rare Porsche on its last trip out.
