No Macans will be dealer delivered stateside until it has CARB Executive Orders. All will stay at ports until then. Europe is starting deliveries to dealers, but they are on Stop Sale until 9/18-20 (forgot the actual date as I have heard all three from different sources). People in Europe state it's a software update... hopefully the new CarPlay speculated to debut from Apple early September.

 

That green interior is really unattractive.

What color would you option with Aventurine Green exterior?

Agreed, Night Green isn't the nicest shade of green. If it had more gray in it, it might look nicer.

IMO, colors that almost match (aventurine and night green or gentian blue and graphite blue) are a poor aesthetic combination. I don't dislike aventurine, but it's not a "strong" color. It needs an interior with contrast. Although not exactly exciting (I have 2 Porsches with non-exciting black interiors), it's the best choice for AG
Yes, I realize that color choices are subjective and that there's no right or wrong... but aventurine with night green is insipid.

 

@JayGT4 aventurine + truffle looks like a nice combo (IMO at least)

 

I ordered Aventurine Green with Black/Turbonite. If I could do it over again, I’d pick the Neodyme accents and add the Turbonite seatbelts & stitching.

Also, Slate wasn’t available at the time. I would’ve likely picked that over Aventurine.

 

I recently switched my 2024 oak green 4 build to a 2025 oak green 4S build. I strongly considered switching to slate. Although I leaned toward slate, my wife and I decided to get out of our comfort zone and opt for a color. I hope we don't regret it.

 

Siem Aristotle has now arrived at Baltimore (9/1). After unloading there, it is supposed to go on to Freeport, TX. According to my sles person, my Macan 4 is on board.

 

I'm rather shocked at the large inventory that the Berlin Potsdam dealer has, in general, compared to my local California dealers.

Do you guys have a confirmed delivery date?

 

Nobody in the USA has a “confirmed” delivery date until EPA and CARB do their things.

What I do know is that my Macan 4 is on a ship, that ship is scheduled to arrive in Freeport on 9/13, and Porsche’s internal systems show it arriving at my dealer on or about 9/18. Based on all of that, I expect the previously scheduled delivery date of 9/20 to be good.

 

EU deliveries seem to be getting postponed quite a bit… starts here.
