Anyone know anything about this one? 66k mile 2002 for only 36k in Houston TX. Wonder what is wrong with it. It's been for sale since November, but it looks clean. Tiptronic is a negative, but this seems like a relatively clean example that's priced several thousand below what I'd expect.
Same with this one. 2001 with 66.5k miles. Auto. Engine bay looks clean. Wing is a bit gaudy, but doesn't offend me. Wheels aren't my favorite. But I still would expect this one to command at least high 30's if not low 40's. Seller is asking 35.9k OBO. I guess the check engine light "due to the exhaust" has scared people away. Looks like it's been for sale for approximately 4 months.
So I just googled the VIN on this one and thank god I did. Appeared to have gotten into a serious wreck at some point a few years back. Google showed some pictures from an auction the showed a lot of damage to the rear end. Autocheck didn't turn up any accidents or anything fishy.

The car was sold in Houston with 5000mls less for 45000$. (Google the vin) It's either depreciating in free fall or something is fishy...
Interestingly, the seller increased the price by 2000 this week. It said for almost 6 months at 36k and it was relisted for 38k right after I posted about it. Maybe the seller thought the relatively low price was scaring people away.
That seems to be the same car as the two posts above were talking about, just pointing it out bc of the accident damage that does not appear to be described in the add.
Apparrently that car has a clear vin, but at some point had ~25k damage to the undercarriage....

Hi guys, I'm considering a 996tt that has 19" HRE C93's on it but prefer Turbo Twists, so would likely swap - wondering if any of you know what I could expect to sell the HREs for? That will help me synthesize the final purchase price as I'd like to compartmentalize w/out the HREs. They appear to be in excellent original condition.

I'll trade you my OEM hollow twists for the HRE's if you like. PM if you want.
