This thread has been great! I've been anxiously waiting for "the one" at a what I feel was pretty fair price (someone not asking $10k off MSRP for low mileage CPO GTS). They held firm on the price due to it just listing and the interest they were receiving - but I was willing to pull the trigger given the incredible mileage.

I put 15% of the miles it has on it tonight driving it back to the Bay Area from Rocklin! First Porsche, first 911, smitten.

Thanks for starting this thread, I'm sure I'll keep checking it!

Turbo S wheels were swapped on last minute with a brand new Turbo S at the time of purchase; Turbo S buyer wanted to go black. I think its a great combo and probably pretty unique.

If it ticks all the boxes for you then I'd hit the buy it now button. It's a pretty good price.

I eventually found a high msrp car with similar miles with only a slightly higher sale price.
let's see your new car!

It is a pretty car in the white with the black glass roof...

It's always hard to always compare a deal to the BEST deal anyone has found (I fall into that trap all the time), but if the car speaks to you and is local, see if you can get it for $101,500 and enjoy the hell out of it?

Looking at a car.

2012.5 991.S
  • As new, 6,000 miles.
  • Original owner.
  • Nice color combo
  • Total low-option, driver-car build
  • Manual
  • PDCC
  • Sport PASM
  • Sport Chrono
  • Sport Plus Seats
  • No Bose
  • No Premium
  • No Sunroof
  • No full leather
  • $105K sticker
I offered $66K...

A bit less than asking, waiting for an answer. This car would suit my needs just fine, but definitely isn't the 991 most people are looking for!

I would definitely add something to bump up the exhaust note, though I'm not sure I'd spring for the Porsche oem sport exhaust. I'd love to find a car with that on it, but for me not worth the $ to retrofit on a lower priced 991.

Maybe the fabspeed X-pipes or the FD Motorsports / Sharkwerks muffler rework for about $1,100?

It includes the Carbon fiber trim (worth $1000 in the GTS) and the contrast stitching that Porsche normally charges $3500 or so for. Colored seat belts, one colored dial, headrest logo. Adds up if you order it a la carte.

^Why a .1 C2S is the best value

Good luck on the potential purchase!

At around $3K installed, totally worth it. Plus, will be better than any bypass which will be much louder and have drone. Good luck!

Hi STG-
I've been looking. Here's find for a manual cab which is pretty rare. It's not smoken' but it's a good start I think... Needs a new steering wheel but it's a nice looking manual.

If the link above doesn't work, please copy this link into your browser.
