Sounds nice, sending you PM right now.
These are the hats I got, actually bought two new pairs at the same time and sold one pair already.

A little update, head is ready but I still don't have inconel exhaust valves, so more waiting.
I got 968 intake manifold yesterday, this too went from US to Slovenia, returned back to US and was then shipped once again. I love our customs.
Also bought a set of Precision (delphi-17113744) 1000cc peak/hold injectors supposedly balanced to 1% and according to precision able to flow 171hp worth of fuel per injector at 90% cycle @ 3bar.
I have a CNC dual plenum modular intake manifold project going, but it will take more time and cash than I am willing to invest at the moment, so 951/968 combination manifold should work until cnc version is done.

Few days before christmas, I got a new mechanic..
Our first child, we named him Črt.
Name comes from last Slovenian Pagan warrior in our national Epic called The Baptism on the Savica
First days of fatherhood were quite busy. Now it calmed down somewhat so I finally got some time to clear the boat engines and junk related to them out of garage and made some space, so I started 944 engine assembly.
All measurements are good so I'm happy for now.
OE mains had 0.5mm bigger oiling holes than Glycos so I drilled Glycos to OE spec.

Voith, this is quite the thread you have here. I started reading it in reverse & now I'm hooked (so I should probably start at the beginning).
-Great idea to compare the oiling hole size of the bearings, I wouldn't have thought to do that.
What are your thoughts about drilling out the #2 rod oil gallery in the crank (on non cross drilled)?

Congratulations on the new baby boy! Parenthood can be tiresome at times, but just take it all in and let it change you. These are the days you will look back on and cherish. Good, progress, keep it up.

Since very early stock cranks were cross drilled I think porsche did play with the idea early on but eventually decided that the way it's drilled works so I won't change it.
I must get rid of parts laying everywhere and I figured the best way to do it is to put it all in a car.
Might take another 10 years but I'm not a quitter. However I want it to be one of the best street legal 944's.
