Just realized that I forgotten to mention how the car was broken in:

Pickup car at dealer: Drive it home: 800 km's (500 miles)
Drive it around town a bit
Drive it to Nürburg. 2000 km's (1240 miles) Try not to waste to many km's on the way.
Stay as close as possible to the break-in recommendation from Porsche.

Break in ends at 3000 km's and that is where Nürburgring starts :

Adenau/Breidsheid entrance to the Nordschleife

Nürburg

Some say: "Kobalt - You've forgotten to lower the lift system."

To left: My car, adjusted by Porsche to adress the rubbing issue.
To the right: An RS that was on display by Porsche at the WEC@Nürburgring.

The pictures are taken from slightly different angles but nevertheless...

I would be curious to see the difference with a standard GT3!
Any RS going to the Nurburgring on tuesday/wednesday?

Kobalt, have you driven it in the 4x4 setting "by Porsche" on track yet?
Picking mine up this week with the 15 pages implemented and will also report in as soon as I can get to Sebring.

Yes, On the the Ring and on some small tracks.

I can't say anything about how the car behaves, I think I actually drive the car too slow.

No rubbing though

Drive to slow?!
Maybe it feels slow because the car works so well..
In retrospect that was going on perhaps the first day when I picked it up from the factory in the 4x4 setting. Killed rires off fast but it worked really well perhaps. Hard to say as I was new to the car.

Leave SC on and push it harder

After promising the nice girl in the Porsche museum that I will serve Monika breakfast in bed on Sunday she handed me the white 1/18 991 GT3 RS.
She said that they where ordered to only sell these models to really nice people. (She did say that!).
Took a while to convince her...

There where 3 more white ones at the museum shop. You must ask for them, they are not on display.
It has carbon brakes.

In preparation for my incoming RS (that will be tracked quite heavily).... can you expand on what the 'issues' are and what you are having changed? What do the '15 pages' contain?

Thanks bud!

Hi Kobalt,
My car is booked next week for new alignment settings, did they also changed the camber back to around -1,7 degrees?
