Well..not today, but recently:

New seat covers from Only 944
New dash cover from Classic 9
Head unit, speakers, small sub
Door seals
Window seals
Lamps and LED's for instrument cluster
light tunnel repair kit
Hood struts
Butyl sound deadener
PS reservoir
PS supply and return hoses (res to pump, cooler to res)
Window regulator roller kit

and likely some other stuff I'm forgetting at the moment...

Debating on the odometer gear.. I can see it's original but still works..

I'm considering ordering a pair of these myself. My seats are pretty shredded. Have you had a chance to install them yet?

Not yet. I don't have the patience to attempt to do them myself so I'm going to have an upholster install them along with the dash cover.

I can say they are a lot nicer than I thought they would be. I don't think you'd be disappointed one bit after you get them in your hands. If you need color samples, Kyle will be happy to send you some.

If/When you order them, you'll need to take them out of the box and let them out-gas for a few days. They don't smell bad, just a bit funky.

In the past week...

Sent dash to Classic 9 for upholstery
Dropped off a trunk load of engine parts to be ultrasonically cleaned
Picked up some more parts for the PTFE fuel line swap
Water neck (to replace weird bleeder-in-hose neck on the '82 motor I'm building)
Coolant hard pipe that goes over the headers
951 pistons
Another linkage, got it for free
Low miles clutch fork... $4 from pick and pull, bellhousing was already off the car lol

Next round of parts will be an engine rebuild kit, water pump, and head sent out for rebuild.

Boss 4 x 6" dual cone front speaker on Amazon for $9. Drop in replacement for 924s with a single front speaker, you do need to trim a little metal on the corners of the speaker housing, sounds great. Earlier in the week Yokohoma S Drives for the cars eventual intended use, autocross.

255/40R17 BFGs for the rear.
New cam cover seals, spark plugs and finally fixing the broken hall sensor.

Also ordered a 3/4" breaker bar and extension so I can loosen the rear axle nuts to do the axle bearings.

Picked up a used trans for 140.00 on craigslist ! Non lsd 5s code, cleaning it up and putting new shaft seals before I install it, no noises all gears work, syncro condition is unknown. I am installing it this weekend to see if its any good.
