Katie, your cookies might make a difference. I finally got to sample one at the PKS! Niiiiice! We will try again for next year. Local dealers want to sponsor it as well as Porsche Cars. I cannout understand why the track will not make "race" days available. The must have booked some big events I am not aware of.

Yeah, it's a bummer. Besides, I have to think they won't find a nicer crowd than the PCA folks.

Anyway, good luck with the wooing. That's an event I'd love to see happen.

Do I have the right to think that this COOL ?

That would be amazing! And if we could get a mid summer race + advanced DE, nothing could top that out!

Bob,

I just heard that the BMW Club Race this summer at Tremblant got a "no noise no cars limit". May be it's the right time to start have a serious discussion with the people at Tremblant so we can have a Club Race on our home track. There is plenty of Cup cars in Quebec now and probably many others in the next few years coming (not that I discount the other P cars). I am sure that a format similar to Mosport with an advanced DE would earn some money for the RSR region. It would be so cool to have an edge on the "foreign" racers for once ! ;o)

Thanks Bob.

I think that every Porsche car racers in Quebec would be thrilled if we could get a race in Tremblant ! I do realize on the other hand that it would translate into some work for our RSR volunteers so let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

944 Cup would also be inclined to add a Tremblant PCA race to the Canada Chapter schedule.
