why are so many threads in Japanese listed? This new format sucks!

Logging out, then logging back in fixed issue on iPhone.

Now on iPad I'm getting international threads again even though none are selected in
user cp

I tried logging out and back in, and changing the selections - but it didn't help. Still getting Japanese threads.

I'll agree with the others that I hate the infinite scroll and the 'related thread' features. As I'm reading a thread I'll realize that somehow I'm on a 'related thread' that is 7 years old.

The rest of the stuff (font, etc.) doesn't really bother me.

I think it sucks. Its like I have almost no control over my scroll bar. I get to the bottom and ;suddenly I'm back at the top or somewhere else. Put it back the way it was. Thanks.

Nolan; I've set the skin using the method you outline above and also by just selecting "Rennlist" in the drop down menu and it keeps reverting to "Classic NextGen 2.0"

How can I make the "Rennlist" pick permanent? I don't care if you keep the option for your new look, but I personally hate it and would rather not use it.

I reviewed these changes (not a fan!) and opted back into the old skin a while back.

It's back today, even when 'rennlist' skin is chosen.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us a way to make this go away!!!

Terrible choices on fonts, way too much real estate lost junk, and headers and footers flying in is enough to make you go crazy and quit Rennlist.

Wait, maybe that's a good thing... I waste too much time here.

Quick update... Switching to Rennlist skin didn't fix the problem until I logged out, killed the browser, launched browser, and logged back in.

Seems to be a cruel joke, and now that I'm back to 'normal' I'll reiterate again how heinous the new skin is! Absolutely freaking terrible.

We'll see how long it is before some glitch opts me back in again...

What really dumbfounds me, however, is that there are so many bugs and issues that already existed and desperately needed fixing, but instead of addressing a backlog of bugs, some of which date back YEARS, IB chose to inflict a whole slew of new bugs by 'fixing' what wan't broken.

Yeah, I know working on 'new, cool code' is much more fun than fixing old bugs, but this skin debacle is exactly the reason why you don't let programmers set their own priorities.

Got to up-vote that critique; I don't know who it was that first decided "flying" headers and footers were a good idea, but they aren't. I uniformly hate them on every site that uses them so don't take it personally.

Hey all, to keep the style without it reverting back you can go here and change the "Forum Skin" setting at the very bottom to 'Rennlist'

That should make it stick. Changes are still in progress to improve the style based on your feedback. Related threads are gone.
