As this thread is specific to the Canadian allocations, I've got a quick question here.
It seems that the hammer dropped at the beginning of November and people started getting deposits returned, with dealers noting that they'd been giving all of the allocations that will be coming.
I'm just wondering if there's been any positive news whatsoever for people still waiting. Does anyone know of any new allocations trickling out to any of the dealers since this happened? There's people still waiting here and I've got another friend still waiting who's not here. I'm just wondering if there's been any ray of hope or if the end really was the end.

I very recently received an allocation for March production / May delivery. 
Don't know how it happened but am stoked that it did. I'm going to post my build in the 991 GT3 forum and ask for some advice.

Was it a buildable allocation or did you take one that was already in the pipeline?

Downtown Toronto. It is a buildable allocation but I don't know much more than that. Did someone back out, etc.? No idea. I'm just pleased to have received the call.

Interesting! You mean new allocations the dealers weren't expecting are gonna come down from Germany? That could be HUGE news for some of the people still waiting but nearly out of hope!

Flame suit on but I finally saw a few of these last weekend at an event here in SoCal
I have to say I like the .1 front end way better. Personal preference on looks just like color choice but was not a fan.
