A pretty girl offered me a cappuccino when I went in to buy an oil filter.
If I was buying a car I would expect ....well you know.

Awesome. Hope for an early spring, dude.

Update: one dealer says next batch in a month will be dispensed, and another dealer says not until June. I guess it's ok as long as there IS a next batch.

I've exhausted every single contact and spoken to all BC dealerships for an allocation. Nobody willing to even take my deposit.

Does anyone have experience working with dealers from other provinces with respect to GT cars? At this point, I'm willing to fly out to take delivery and ship the car back and pay taxes in both provinces (if I have to)...

I feel, at this point, it'll be close to impossible to get a GT3. this will be the most expensive time to get one too, because of the spring market.

I've had a deposit for over 2 years and haven't been chosen for an allocation yet at Pfaff. Ive contacted every dealer in Canada few months back. Everybody is the same, not taking deposits due to long lists and may not have any more allocations to give.

What might get you a car is if you are willing to buy 2 or more other cars at the same time.

I just got my 991.2 GT3 manual and paid over list price to get one used (1k on it). it's not ideal, but it's kind of your only way in now. Having a GT car gives me more leverage to buy another GT car down the road at MSRP.

My SA at Mark Motors contacted me yesterday to say my Touring order demand was approved yesterday but PTS color (pretty common) under "feasability study" at the moment. We'll see if I can get to do what I want.
Supposedly a September build.

Now ... the debate ...

Iron vs PCCB
PDLS headlights vs. LED
Front axle lift or no

If PTS is not approved I may go back to a winged wonder. Hopefully I can do what I want. The color palette offered is rather weak. No greens. No dark blue.
If Porsche offered popular PTS colors as a regular option, call them classic colors or something, I'm sure the uptake would be there.

I thought you already own one?

Excellent news Chris! Let the fun begin!

What V code is your build allocation presently at? This may have some bearing whether your request for PTS is approved.
