This GT4 will become a collectors item especially being the first of the generation and car model. Go get em guys and let us live vicarously through you!

I just left Porsche of London. Was told that they sold two today. Man, I want one. Ahh. Not in the cards at the moment.
I will put a downpayment on Monday for a PTS Riviera Blue GT4. There is no word on PTS at the moment, but I was told that there is a lot of push from the customers for it and they might do a small number of PTS cars for 2017 production year.

Hi all. I did my introductory post in another section, if you'd like to see the details. Long story short, I have a deposit down for a GT4 and am supposedly between #4 and 6 to get one. Not sure how the allocations for Canada will work out, but fingers crossed.
unfortunately, i would have to trade it in or sell it. my eldest boy is not too crazy about my idea. he asked me how will i choose which son to take with me to go places without rear seats. i am starting to question the rationality of this move. need to sleep on it

Yeah, having 1 car to do it all (drive around wife + kids) was the appeal of the Carrera over a (996 / 997.1) GT3 when I got my car. The good news is that in 3-5 years you'll be able to get Cayman GT4 for 70-80k. If you can't get PTS you'll likely find the car you want on the used market for a big discount in a few years, that way you can potentially keep both.

Yup hate to say it but this is why a Carrera works best for my needs as well. How often do you have the either of the boys with you? Plus the same arguement will be had once they are too tall to be in the car anyway!
This being said I would still do it Stan as the car will be a future collectible I'm sure.
