^I've seen that car. It is really nice. It's also a S which is pretty rare. Though for that price your in 996 range.

 

Thanks for the link crooster. ...and yup jumper, that car is priced way up near the stratosphere. I recently purchased an almost perfect 80,000klm sunroof delete '90 Eurospec S2 for half that price. With all respect of coarse to the seller, he may ask any price he wants.

 

I'm starting to believe we have finally seen the bottom of the curve for 944's.

 

Any parameters for what you are looking for?

 

Jason from Montreal on this forum has a beautiful well maintained 944 turbo for sale.I believe he has it advertised in the UCR Porsche classifieds ...

Thanks crooster, my ultimate choice is black, only because I've never had a black 944. ...and I might prefer a later edition. I've had my fill of early editions (and so has my tech.)

 

I was looking at a nice '86 944 this weekend that the owner wanted $5,500 for. 73,000 miles, very good overall condition. As I was mulling it over, a buddy of mine went over and bought it for $5,100.

Looked like a great buy to me!

 

I want to sell my '90 S2. High miles, yet an oddly great interior. Will need TLC to get back on the road, but is a super fun car. Koni yellows, sorta recent belts and new motor mounts.

Stored indoors always. White on black.

My black '86 944 is up for grabs. Newish belts and motor mounts, rear wheel bearings. Manual steering conversion, AC delete. BBS alloys. Full disclosure - it spent the past winter outside, but previously since I have had it (8 years) it was stored in the garage.

i have a line on an 85.5 944 I am considering for my Son. Has a few bumps and bruises but nothing severe. Needs a clutch . I have no idea what to offer him, what is the ball park range on these cars , say 100-150K ( as i have no idea ) . he is a friend of the family so dont want to insult him . Any of yo 944 guys have any cluse . I sold my 944S for 15G a few yeas ago .. but i think that was an aboration...

 

I have a turbo S and am potentially looking to change projects. I know Derek has an 86 turbo with Fuchs he is listing for sale
