iRacing RUF released
For those enjoying iRacing sim...and in case you've missed it:
The new RUF is here!!!
3 cars offered for one price and OMG are they a blast! No, I don't work for iRacing, nor get any comissions from them, but the new cars are fantastic:
1) A Street version with gobs of HP but street tires
2) A Spec version (super fun!)
3) A Track version (UBER fun!) - which is the most realistic car in the service IMO.
At this stage all 3 cars are running in "fun" series, but no doubt will be relegated to official duties for the upcoming season in 5-6 weeks or so (if not sooner!). Cheers!

Anyone setting up regular or occasional public sessions on iRacing with the Ruf ?
I couldnt think of a more economic way to beat the mid-winter blues.

I have actually switched to the C-spec. It runs in 2 series: The Cup (on its own) and The World Challenge (with a DP as a multi class series). Also a few league type private racing going on: details on the iRacing Forum under RUF C-spec and/or RUF Track spec. Enjoy!

"Rennlist Racers" is the league and has practices every Sunday and races every Wednesday night. Good fun!

Got the Ruf. It drives really well, though the GT3 BMW is easier to drive. Ran a high 1:17. with the track version at Mosport. 2 seconds off pace from what others seem to be doing with it.
