More fun than the C4S at CTMP? It is a fine looking pig none the less!

The C4S is a mometum car compared and you barely needs brake except and the bottom 4. This car is a lot of fun but I can see it will consume brake pads and not be as cheap to track. Though hitting 252 kph on the back straight before even getting to the top of the hill is a sorta crazy but fun.

You looked like you where pretty quick as well. Must have a nice hp - weight ratio.

Pagid Yellow's make a big difference.

252, That's a good number! Pass any 997 GT3's?

I need pagid yellow or more stopping power to surpass that number. I'd have to keep on the throttle until over the top of the hill. That or go enter corner 8 at 175 or more.
The 997.2 GT3 doesn't have the same acceleration power. Any time we got stuck in slower traffic I had to wait and hold off allowing him to pass when I could have just passed them both. It didn't stand much chance once we got on the long straight. Though it can pull through the corners and smaller straights and keep you at bay. That said there was a BMW M3 out there on slicks that went through corners much faster. I'm sure it didn't have nearly the same hp but I couldn't keep up with my PS cups. Quite humbling.

Slicks make a HUGE difference in performance vs even Cups. Hoosiers vs Cups at TMP is worth about 2 sec per lap or slightly more, I'm pretty sure at Mosport it would probably be at least double....

Yeah, gotta say I really didn't like the MPSCs on the 996 turbo, compared to Hoosiers, or even my old RA1s.

Last season I was averaging half a tank for a 30 minute run. On a day with 7 runs....do that math. Ouch!

How about the smoke screen I usually lay out at startup.

Your running the black 996? What suspension do you have. Friend of mine is looking into suspension for his 996 3.4

Sounds about right. Wish the gas tank was larger.
