I found the cheapest prices at Diamond Alley in NYC.
over 2 carats with VS quality between 8.5-11k
In toronto this would be well over 15k.
The wifey was very happy.
Lots more stock in NYC so lots of competition. When I bought it for her this summer the dollar was pretty much 1:1 so it was great deal. Worth a short trip to NYC.
