From what I've been hearing so far this isn't the only theft in the area recently. A couple other friends of friends' have had their cars stolen within the past week around Concord/ Woodbridge too. They all seem to be modified Hondas (What else is new?). That being said the last thing anybody needs stolen is a piece of the holy grail P-car. So be cautious where you leave your car, as even in this particular incident the owner and a bunch of other people were only a number of feet away at the dyno while this went down!

Losing a car that way sucks.
Personally, as much as I hate to say this, I don't think I'd want it back. I'd take the insurance money and buy another. I know you don't get what it's worth (with the turbo and mods etc) but you never know what's been done to it. Besides if they find it more than a couple days later, it'll be missing some valuable parts.

Not that anyone will steal a 928 but I have a kill switch in mine. The FI relay went a few years ago and installed it as a temporary measure. Been working so well, I decided to keep it. Only draw back, if left on, it will drain the battery in a couple of days.
A well hidden clutch swith could be useful against drive away thefts.
