New porsche owner
Just picked up my first Porsche last week from Virginia. Flew down from Buffalo and drove back threw Queenston Lewiston. 2006 C2S cabrio. Now need to finalze paperwork.

Thanks. Things aren't all rosy though. Went to Canadian Tire to get e-test, safety, RIV inspection etc. Did not pass the safety. Was told that "tie rod" on driver side was worn! Car is now at Zotorech in Stoney Creek. Will see how that goes.

That is what the mechanic at Zorotech said. Car has 48,000 km. He has not confirmed yet that it is the tie rod. That was the diagnosis of the Canaddian Tire guy. I did check it myself when it was on the hoist. There was a lot of play in the front driver wheel back and forth (left to right). Did not check up and down. I am supposed to get the car back tonight so I will know then.
