Looks like the Corvette forum got hacked. Some **** site is replacing it.

Congrats Phil getting a 1st place finish. That car was amazing!
Unfortunately I couldn't do the same after completing a clean pass on DigitalPZ my car suffered nearly full damage after a lag spike where the C6 Z06 did a flip over my CGT and landed on my engine and wing.
Damage estimated at over $300k to fix. The pit crew fixed the engine but the rear wing was gone and the tail could not be kept under control without it.
After helping tow DiditalPZ back to the pits my front aero was damaged enough that I didn't require rear aero, (kind balanced the car) out and I was able to keep 2nd place. Even thought another couple laps and Pongobaz's RS would have took it.
I'll post the near fatal accident once the drivers are cleared by medical.

So that's what happened? I couldn't figure out how DigitalPZ was a few hundred meters behind me one moment and then was pretty much off the radar until I kept passing him while he was struggling to get back to the pits. There were an awful lot of spare parts strewn around the track; particularly on the front straight.
Yeah, my car was a rocket in the straights. Thanks for the tune!

The driver of the Corvette C6 Z06 was ok.
The CGT was able to push it back to the pits and it was able to get back on track.

That is the biggest flip / tumble / rollover that I've seen... Too bad for that glitch though, ruined that guy's race, that's for sure.
Looked cool in your mirrors I bet!
