Default New 993 on the streets of Toronto

I took advantage of Canada Day to strip, clay and polish my new car - I now feel ready to post some pictures.

This is a first Porsche for me and I have had it for a week now. Aside from the importing hassles that I am still working through, it has been a blast.

Look forward to getting out of 3rd gear this weekend.

Nice Steve......You should have brought back the 17 inch factory wheels for me. Due to shipping cost, it didn't make sense for me to buy them state side. Come out this Sat to Starbucks !

You try driving 9 hours back from Philly with 4 winter tires crammed in the car. Turbodan - I found the car via Rennlist in the end - exhausted all the Canadian opportunities I could find and started looking in the US. A Rennlister mentioned he was selling his car and it had a fantastic maintenance history. It just worked out.

Thanks for the comments - I do plan to get out and meet a few TO folks but I'm taking my daughter up to camp this weekend (not in the Porsche )

I was told that this is "the" cup holder designed by Porsche in Weissach. Doesn't want to hold my coffee though!

No mods planned yet. Just want to get the car formally imported and get used to driving it around. Mods will have to wait a bit. I am interested in the Drivers Ed weekend in October - may have to get in on that.
