BUMP FOR NEW PRICE - $52k. SOMEBODY HERE NEEDS THIS CAR!
Reluctantly saying goodbye to my 1M. Follow link at the end for detailed photos...
The good -
One owner purchased by yours truly at BMW Downtown - deposit in Nov 2010, order in Feb 2011, delivery the following June. Have sales receipt and associated paperwork
Zero options - no nav, no folding mirrors, just as light and minimal as the 1M comes
35,600 km, every one of them full of love!
No salt, no snow, no winter. Garage-kept all it's life, underground, climate controlled
Clayed and waxed annually
Now out of warranty, but last major-ish service performed last month - oil, spark plugs, brake, tranny and diff fluids. Plenty of additional maintenance done by yours truly, with accurate records of everything done. This car has done about 8,000 km on track, and I am diligent about over-maintaining.
Never modded - the only things ever added and still on this car are OEM carbon fibre trunk lip, OEM black kidney grills, Invisishield on front bumper/full hood/rear fenders ahead of tires (crap application job), tasteful tint, Burger Motorsports oil catch can.
Car starts perfectly, idles smooth both hot and cold, never gone into limp mode, never thrown any codes.
The bad -
3 noticeable scratches on the passenger seat side bolster, likely from a button or zipper rubbing across the leather as someone got in the car (see pics)
2 small stone chips - one on the driver's front fender, the other on the passenger's door (see pics)
Side sills are pitted, especially the areas just rearward of the front tires - track abuse. Mirror caps a little pitted as well
Tires are original PS2's which not only suck, but they're also close to their death
Loonie-sized etching in the clearcoat on the trunk from some bird crap - tough to see, but it's there
Both headlight lenses are scratched - that crap Invisishield job I referenced? Well the guy decided to use the headlights as backing for making a cut with his X-acto! (see pics)
Front and rear wheels on the passenger side both have a bit of curb rash (see pics)
The subjective -
M badge has been removed from the trunk
Front bumper was replaced at 4 weeks new, thanks to something that fell from the back of a pick-up on the highway. Replaced under insurance, old bumper can be repaired and will be included in sale
Aside from the blemishes above, this car is nearly new - I'm one of 'those' guys! One of the ultimate drivers' cars in its purest form with an extremely detailed history. Reply or PM me with any questions.
Asking $52,000. Cheers!

Selling this NOS Raid steering wheel as I found another steering wheel that suits my interior better.
I never mounted it, but it has a circular mark in the center pad's vinyl. I assume this can be pressed out with some heat, but never bothered since I prefer the look without the center pad.
This steering wheel uses the Nardi/Personal bolt pattern, unless you have a Nardi/Personal hub, you'll need an adapter spacer (about $25) for your MOMO hub.
Selling for $120 OBO, located in Montreal.
PM if interested.
