I bought my 1st Porsche this past summer (2008 Cayman S 6spd) and would like to have the car serviced at a reputable mechanic (outside of Porsche dealerships). I’m in the NW part of the city. On the carfax I see the car has been serviced at Mantis in Oakville which is farther than I would like to go for preventive maintenance (although I’ve heard good things). North York, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Mississauga is more my neck of the woods. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
I bought the car from Pfaff Reserve which is part of Pfaff Tuning at 101 Auto Park Circle in Woodbridge. I wouldn’t go to them for preventive maintenance - $500 oil change is a bit much. I know maintaining the car is going to cost money, I’m just in search of a good mechanic with rates lower than a dealership.
E U Autowerks in Vaughan was the go to shop for a lot of people on this forum. I’ve never been, maybe someone else with personal knowledge will chime in

This is my go to shop, I won't go anywhere else. Courtney is such an expert and the work I've had done has been exceptional. I've had engine out work done and everything done either met or exceeded my expectations.

EU Autowerks did the PPI on my 996 back in 2018. Fair and honest. I was very satisfied.
I have also used Zorotech in Stoney Creek (easy for me - I live in Etobicoke but many colleagues live in Stoney Creek). I was also stuck once and has my car towed to Chariots of Simcoe in Orangeville. Super satisfied too.
