Hi all,
I’d like to clear something up as I have received a few emails and PMs. Some friendly and some not to be perfectly honest. Some claiming I’m trying to make a lot of money off this sale.
The MSRP is on my spec sheet below, not trying to hide anything.
The cost of the car is $190K, we pay 13% tax here in Toronto, Canada. There is also a “green tax” charge of just over $1000 and a few minor another charges form the dealer. Which brings us up to just over $215K. I have easily spent over $10 000 on the cage, belts, seat rails, tint, labour and other associated costs to get the car where it is today.
Total $225K at least.
So Ill drop my asking price to $220K to reflect the above numbers and to avoid anyone thinking I’m asking a high premium.
Thank you.
NEW PRICE $220K CAD.

Good luck with the sale, I am sure it will go to someone and it won't be to hard to get rid of. To me the price is a shocker but that seems to be the deal now with 991's. 996 and 997 msrp were much better deals then these 991's. Seeing that the earlier models actually held or went up in value I guess Porsche priced these so they wouldn't effect their price and not leave room for 991's to go up in value.

Back when 991.1 GT3 came out, I clearly recall the Porsche cartel (Pfaff, downtown & north) controlling all the inventory & pricing but with 991.2 Auto trader's flooded with options. This must be great news to all those from "GT3 allocation thread".
Nice car good luck with sale

I don't get the negative comments you've received. Those who feel that they should have received a GT3 are the same people who would also love the GT3 appreciation...if they say "no I would have kept it longer etc..." I call B.S. it's clearly one of the perks of owning a GT car. Drive it for a while and reap the benefits...
If those people really want to be mad...get mad at the Porsche dealers who buy back the GT cars. In my case, I sold my GT3 to another dealer who's promised me another GT car. Yippee. Who wouldn't love that?
It happens all over the U.S and in Canada. Especially here where dealers hide the ADM in lower GT car trade value. Not only do they get to re-sell your trade at a better premium but they make a boat load on its appreciation in the market ("oh you have a GT4 and want a GT3? Okay here's $99k but we will guarantee you a build" bam GT4 listed at $130k...there's the adm). Once your new GT3 arrives they get to collect full pop on the new GT car sold. Ain't life awesome...
Don't be naive people...
