Hmmm...sounds intriguing. How do I get about joining up with these guys? When's the next one organised for?

You can get an application form from Stuttgart Auto. You'll be placed on the mailing list and informed of each event as and when it is organised -- Malaysian or local breakfast drives, Sepang track days, overseas Porsche driver training, social gatherings, charity events, club meetings, etc.

Hey guys, I'm back in Singapore again (looks like I'm here about once a month nowadays.)
...And, I just had my Camera serviced at Canon here. I got most of my gear with me so if anyone wants have photos taken of their Porsche's, I'm up for more practise and Porsche talk as allways!

I have a pretty hectic schedule with a lot of meetings during the days but I have some time to spare later in the evenings. I'll be here until next Thursday (27th)

Call me at +1.954.647.5015 or send me your contact details to my e-mail address: juha.granqvist@almaco.cc

Just for clarification, I'm an amateur and photography is just a hobby of mine. I do not want or need any compensation for the photos. I have my daily job (Naval Architect) and do not seek to change that anytime soon.
On the other hand, I have no responsibility on how the photos turn out...hahaha! But I'm getting better all the time!

Best regards,

Juha

Hey Juha G

Sorry we missed you but I've been travelling and haven't been checking the boards. Hope you had a nice visit.

There's an event to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the local Porsche Club on Friday 14 March, if you're in town at that time. You'll see a lot of nice wheels then, like the Carrera GT, Cayenne Transsiberia, etc. plus a lot of members' cars.

Hmm. Time for me to sign up PCS as well & see what they have on the 14th.

Was very tempted to pick up my friend's 3 months old white GT3 but no $

I just did a KL trip in my 964Cab. Superb drive & wonderful traffic on the NS, bar the strange oil level that keeps dipping to red when I go pass 180 so got to hold back

The PCS event on 14 March is a 100-car drive from Dempsey and down Orchard Road, starting at 3:30 pm and ending at the Padang, where the cars will be displayed. There's a cocktail at the Cricket Club from 4 to 6 pm.

Think there will be a Carrera GT (LHD so probably on trade plates), Cayenne Transsiberia, etc.

Photos of the event are on BMW.SG and on some facebook pages. Good turnout and good weather. Unfortunately I was stuck at work til 10 pm!
