Only if you use your transmission to slow the car while shuffle steering

are the real rains the type of tires that get overheated quickly if not used on a wet surface.. ive never used a real rain tire in the rain... in fact, all my rain races have been on slicks!

i was just reading the contrarian point of view from the Rodas side. their perspective was that when you get in a car with your buddy, you kind of wave all your rights.. you know he is going to be showing off and bad things can happen, but you kind of like, a signing of an implied waver. thoughts? kind of like at the track, when you race, someone nails you, its racing and you have no claims, no matter how dumb the guy is or how bad the damage (ive experienced that first hand by the way and never considered going after the guy at fault)....
so, is a ride on the street any different. is going for a ride and getting hurt by someone's incompetence , grounds for suing for damages? Would Paul be going after Rodas if he survived but was badly injured. Some philosophical questions i have been thinking about.
It really doesn't matter that the car was too powerful, he didnt know how to drve in the performance envelope including tire quality, grip levels, surface conditions, etc. He crashed the car, and Paul willing went for a ride with a driver of suspect abilities.
what would your wife or children do if you got killed by one of your buddies going for a j-ride in his car?
thoughts?
