As I always tell people - anyone can sue anyone else, for anything. Winning - that's a different story.
Collectively, all the lawsuits involving this tragedy are just ridiculous.

that's good news. Driving like an idiot killed himself and a good guy as well. Funny how people have to blame others for their mistakes! In the words of Clint Eastwood/ dirty harry..... a man's got to know his limitations!

ive raced on 9 year old tires and never got a wiggle... its, again, not the tires, or the car... its the driver.. its that simple! again, a man has to know his limitations. based on what i saw at WCGTS, he had no clue. he even wrecked in practice.. who does that!!!!! he took a good guys life because he didnt have a clue... very very sad!

Although the suit by Kristine Rodas has different mechanical allegations, the suits against Porsche by Paul Walker's father and daughter will also likely find Porsche not at fault. These three cases finding that the vehicle was not at fault will then be relevant when Paul Walker's father and daughter file a wrongful death suit against Rojer Rodas' estate. Sit back and watch. The attorneys always get paid and not enough people have the integrity to do the right thing anymore.

This lunacy with lawsuits will only stop when the courts awards costs to the defendants and not just costs but punitive costs for bringing up a stupid law suit.
The moron was speeding at over 90 MPH on a city street.
"The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the California Highway Patrol said that the vehicle was going at least 90 miles per hour."
Ultimately we all pay for the cost of these lawsuits.

Poor Paul poor car, negligence is on the driver and they should have inspected car and overall condition before driving going 90 none the less just jacked up the risk...

Rightfully So! It's such a shame this argument was even heard. AND THEY ARE APPEALING! I liked Paul Walker big time but negligence is what caused this...IMHO
