Anybody knows what this is ???

No power rack... No air suspension...torsion bars on this oldie... Seem identical type of braided hoses as the brake lines... The two unconnected lines each run to one of the valves with manometer in the dash, each with a sort of quick-connector (air of fluid) after the valve....can anyone explain a little more about the brake fluid recirculation system that was mentioned? Think all of this was installed somewhere in the 80's or 90's

Might be worth cracking a line fiting at the valves to see if there is any old fluid in the system for a clue as to the use. Can you take a better image of the valves and related dash side plumbing?
