I think Peter is absolutely correct when he says that bad driving is not limited to the cup cars. I think that mistakes are magnified when the speeds are higher.
I also agree that 75 car run groups are a disaster waiting to happen. Limiting the size of the DE, in the manner suggested by Ernie might be a good solution especially when a David Murry event immediately precedes the race date.
