Default Toughest Turn?

What's the most difficult corner you're driven, and why?

I'm curious where this will go (and if it goes where I think it will).

There are a couple that I have problems with. Turn 2 Andretti Hairpin at Laguna Seca, mainly because I was taught to double apex the corner, and everybody else is single apexing it. So you are heading right at their drivers door in the turn. And turn 11 at Sears Point, because my gearing just dies in that corner, so I'm never at a good speed there.

I've only driven 3 DEs (Roebling Rd, Rd Atlanta, and Carolina) so my input is poor, but I'm picking turn 11 at Rd Atlanta just because it's blind and it scares the heck out of me everytime I have to go under that bridge, hoping nobody is spun out and blocking the track at the bottom.

Turn 17 at Sebring.
Because there's 216 different lines through it and I've never been able to figure out what's the "right" line.

Turn 1 and 17 at Sebring. I've raced there twice and struggled both times.

Two types of corners, regardless of the track, give me troubles (of different nature).

One is the common decreasing radius carousel with a fast entry (and no room for a double apex). If I rotate the car too hard, I loose tires after a while, if I don't, I loose speed.

The other is the standard medium speed bend (say 120*); the ***** corner. Seems vision is the answer, but I can't make myself open my eyes. One can always go faster in these.

Lime Rock Downhill. Never seem to max it. Undulations, accelerating fast, little room to err.

The series of turns starting with turn 1 at the defunct Bridgehampton track. It was downhill, blind, fast, and extra scary with all the sand surrounding the entire track (go off and you had a good chance to go shiny side down) ...

T2 is the most difficult for me at LS too.

T8 at thunderhill because I don't have the ***** to keep the accelerator pegged.

Daytona T1
always feel I'm under braking or not enough.

and T12a/b at homestead. (think I carry too much speed into 12a, but not sure, and don't have torque for 12b)

1st=Eau Rouge Spa, 2nd=Blanchimont Spa, 3rd=T1 Daytona, 4th=T1-T2 Sonoma, 5th=T9 Laguna.

Guess it really depends on what you're driving though...

Sunset at Sebring because I never seem to have the same line plus I have been spooked by the wall on exit more than once. T-1 at Sebring because the bumps don't give me the confidence to go through the turn like I know my car will allow.

T2 at Mosport - because there aren't good visual references (and I've seen some bad crashes there).

I'd have to guess that generally, the toughest turns will be when there's limited ways to give the driver: a) a visual sense where he/she's going; and b) a sense of the appropriate entry speed. This second one probably plays more of a role in high-speed corners. If you're off by 5% in a 30 MPH corner, you're off by 1.5 MPH. If you're off by 5% in a 100 MPH corner, you're off by 5 MPH.

Any of the turns that have super high risks of something very bad happening if one is off just a little bit.
