Thunderbolt update for Blue Group

Default Thunderbolt update for Blue Group
Big congratulations to Sean Foster for taking the D (and E!) record with a 1:33.0xx! Of course that lead to his (and mine as we are both ahead of all E cars) to have an engine inspection. Well, we were finally caught and the final outcome is our engines are 100% legal and it's in our logbook for posterity. Should be a GREAT race today, Gums, Charlie, Andy and all the RL'ers are running great. Pablo and his wingmobile belong in the next group up, he is running by himself in ours, unless he crashes he will win this group easily.

Great job fellas. Good to hear that Sean's car is finally working... and evidently working very well.

What did the engine inspection entail? What did they look at?

Cam timing and lift, also checked wheel width with their new calipers.

Start of Blue sprint was rain, many of us opted out, Sean, Gums, Streak, Tim L. went out and after 5 laps with the wind a dry line formed and they had some fun..

My rookie races today in a spec boxster. I would have caught up up to Streak in the first one if I had another lap or so. I made a rookie mistake in the second and left the door open trying to let the leaders by. I still had a blast though guys! Can't wait for tomorrow.

Sprint 3 ? Usually Sprint 2 and enduro. If you guys have a sprint 3 on Sunday for the points it kind of makes all of Saturday unimportant and the trophies a consolation prize. Can of worms officially opened.
