Query. As I tend not to race in the rain(home track Mid Ohio too greasy) and this is my first time ever at WG, is racing if it rains crazy?

Racing in the rain will make you a much better driver over all...... it’s one of the best ways to teach car control, smoothness and throttle techniques

I learned what hydroplaning felt like braking into turn 1 at the Glen during a wet race. I also learned that the esses are incredibly slick on the dry racing line.

Gregg
I agree with Dave. It can be a hoot. And with Steve, rain forces car control and smoothness.
If we get rain, come over and we can talk the rain line.
(Of course this is all contingent on what kind of times you're turning...

Are you guys going to be up here this weekend? I'm 20 minutes away in Corning- I haven't seen the forecast yet, but it hasn't been bad this week at all and I think they said after today the storms we did have are moving out.
