Wish it were ready for the PCA event this weekend, too, but it is kind of nice that they managed to have a grand opening for the members who actually invested an upfront fee of about 25 DE equivalents, rather than having an external group drive it first.
Besides, still no R-compounds for anothr 30 days.

Either way, I saw a lot of tires still sitting on the track, which means they still have quite a bit of work to do.
First legit event will probably be in June sometime. But at least we have a new track in the Atlanta area.
Road Atlanta (10 min)
AMP (45 min)
TGP (2 hrs)
Barber (2.5 hrs)
CMP (3.5 hrs)
Roebling (3.5 hrs)
VIR (4.5 hrs)
Charlotte Roval (3hrs)
nashville superspeedway (4hrs)

Unfortunately the sound limits keep me out.

Hey, speaking of David - totally recommend his open track events. I was at the last one at VIR, totally sold out - great support from TPC Racing, Moton-Joe from AIM, on and on. They are coming up to NJMP and if you want to go faster, sign up!

I think they said no non-DOT slicks, but DOT- r-comps could be used.

" No DOT tires like the Hoosier R6’s. They are in the “slick” family and won’t be run on the track for 30 days."
Hope no one here gets caught up in that.
By the way, you suck! Road Atlanta is my closest at almoat 4 hours towing. AMP will knock off about 45 minutes though. That and I miss seeing tue White and Gold!
