I'm not sure if this would bother or not but I just don't get what's the point?

In a motorcycle on a street I understand completely but a race car on a track?

Default Brake Flasher

Here is a brake flasher that flashes 10 times and then stays on until released.

Works Great. Installed one in my truck in 1999 and it still works great.
