Post here if you need any connections for a rental. NASA GTS2 E36 M3, Spec Miatas, Spec Racer Fords, etc.

Lots of videos up on youtube/vimeo to get familiar with the course and the website lists who is renting the track to make it easier to find a nasa/scca/pca club race or a DE of some sort. summitpoint-raceway.com

Will be driving my amigo's Victor and I've always hated those Gravel Grazers that soil a track.

Do you know that I once read read a fellow's narrative on a automotive message board that stated it was actually... good for the sponsors to sit in the gravel traps?

Not Streak, he would "never" kick up gravel at the exit of 3.

Wait until you see the field of gravel outside 3 now, it is "expansive".

Have to be back in Washington for Zee Biz. Amigo of mine in Woodbridge has a warmed over 993 and also a Westfield Lotus 11... which could be fun and more fun. Drove one of them just after the earth's crust cooled.

Food can be spotty in these far off places. What passes for BBQ is incredible at times.

Where you located in Mary's Land dude?

I'm about 40 minutes from the track. Have fun out there.

The food at Summit is what you would call "you won't starve", but good is not how I would describe it.

The food at the track is "filling", no issue with it. It's all about the track, who cares what the snack bar serves?

Keep an ear out when I spool up all 1275cc's in that Westfield Lotus 11. Pretty sure most of the neighborhood dogs will.

There any decent tracks in Maryland?

Here is is in all it's glory. It even has wheels & schitz and you can load up with decent edibles.

At lunch time, drive 10 minutes down the road to the (railroad) Trackside Cafe and get yourself a most excellent sandwich, or one of the other surprisingly good selections at this unassuming place.
