Default Where to Buy: Aluminum Canister Brackets

Hello to all,

Can someone tell me where I can buy the standard aluminum brackets that mount damper canisters to roll bar in the rear and strut tower braces in the front?

Please let me know if you can help.

And if you can't find the brackets, or as a temporary solution, hose clamps.

Thanks guys, I'll look at those sources and keep in mind the fall back position of hose clamps.

I spoke with Lex at Moton and he said the best method was to zip tie them. He said that the ends of the canisters have grooves that are designed to fit the zip ties perfectly. Also, the aluminum brackets look great but they are usually clamped to the center of the canister which is not design for the pressure of the clamp.

no affiliation of course I just saw them in a for sale thread -

this also looks pretty clean and uses the zip ties and plastic blocks of some sort

I wonder if zip ties are really the safest way to secure these canisters/reservoirs in the cockpit ... Couldn't it happen in a serious accident that they would break free and become projectiles in the cockpit? And perhaps a little worse since they have pressurized air in them ...

Outside the cockpit I would think zip ties should be OK though.
